An Oriental delicacy born on the streets of southern China and made primarily of minced white fish rolled up into balls. They’ve evolved to become a versatile food that pretty much goes with anything and everything.

These little balls of goodness are rich in protein, low in fat and with their neutral fish flavour, they’re a great accompaniment to many dishes you already cook. They go great with all kinds of stir fries and also supplement the greens in most Chinese-based stock soups.
