This prepared prawn is perfect as part of a starter, or for being used as finger foods/party food especially in buffets. They are incredibly quick and easy to cook and take no further preparation!
These Chilli prawns have been butterflied meaning they have been sliced length ways in a symmetrical way. The prawns have then been filled with a mango chilli jam and have been coated with a breadcrumb.
The prawns have been boxed in 500g packs, with each 500g pack containing approximately 16-20 pieces.

Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 180C. Deep fry frozen prawns for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 220C (Gas Mark 7). Place frozen prawns on a pre-heated backing rack and bake for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown, turning over halfway through cooking. Allow a minute to cool before serving.
