Serving Suggestions

Swordfish is a particularly popular fish for cooking. Since swordfish are large animals, meat is usually sold as steak portions, which are often grilled. Swordfish meat is relatively firm and can be cooked in ways more fragile types of fish cannot such as on skewers 

Once defrosted, prepare and consume immediately or within 24hrs

  1. Season the lemon and olive oil mixture with salt and pepper, to taste. Brush the swordfish steaks with 2 tablespoons of the lemon and olive oil mixture. Grill the steaks until just cooked through, about 3 minutes per side (depending on thickness of steaks). Transfer the steaks to plates.
