Our smaller Lobster tails are approximately 120-170g in weight and our larger Lobster tails are approximately 180-200g+.

They are easy to cook and prepare
If the tails are frozen, you'll need to thaw them out before you cook them. When the lobster tails are thawed, you should easily be able to touch the top of the lobster tail to the end of the tailflap.
To thaw put them in the fridge for 24 hours so they are completely defrosted. If you are in a hurry, seal in a bag and place in cold water for 30 minutes to an hour.
