These Kimbo Custard Buns are the perfect treat! They are a popular Chinese dim sum delicacy combining silky custard with a sweet soft dough.
The Custard Buns come in packets of 650g which contain 10 buns per pack. They are extremely easy to prepare through a number of ways such as: microwaving, steaming or deep frying.

Follow instructions and cook from frozen
Microwave: microwave each individual frozen bun for 30 seconds each
Steam: boil water in a steamer then steam the buns for around 10-15 minutes
Deep fry: fry the buns in hot oil (150-170C) for 2-3 minutes
