From Frozen: Remove all packaging before cooking
Remove the duck halves from all packaging and place on a suitable plate and place in fridge until fully defrosted or leave overnight.
Oven Bake: Arrange the defrosted duck halves on a baking tray. Place in a pre-heated oven 200C, 450F, Gas Mark 6 for 20-25 minutes, until the skin is crisp.
Microwave: Microwave defrosted duck halves for 2-4 minutes on full heat. Leave to stand for 3 minutes. Place under a hot grill, skin side up for 1-2 minutes until the skin is crispy.
Steam: Thaw pancakes thoroughly, heat in steamer for 4-5 minutes then serve
