How will my order be sent?

Your order will be sent in a polystyrene box with freezer packs to ensure your delivery arrives to you frozen. To find out in more detail go to our post and packaging page.

What if I am not at home when my delivery arrives?

If you are unable to be in when your delivery is scheduled you will need to fill in the ‘delivery instructions’ form when checking out so that we may instruct the courier as to where to leave your delivery.

How can I ensure that the products I am getting are safe and hygienic?

All of our products are very safe and hygienic! We regularly carry out our own supplier audits, visiting most of our suppliers at least twice a year. Our audits are based on risk assessment in food safety principles.
